Food has never been a job for me — it's been a lifelong calling. I began my career as a chef working in country clubs, hotels, and restaurants, where I learned the discipline, creativity, and leadership that define exceptional food service.
Over the years, that passion grew into ownership of a full-scale food service management and catering company employing more than 200 people. I've had the privilege of executing everything from intimate gatherings of 10 guests to large-scale events serving over 5,000.
After selling that company, I didn't walk away with a traditional retirement — I walked away with something far more valuable: decades of experience, hard-earned knowledge, and an unwavering love for the craft. This new venture is a return to what I do best — hands-on cooking, thoughtful hospitality, and delivering unforgettable experiences, one event at a time.
